I had a lovely time at this resort. The rooms were well-cared for and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. While the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, the overall dining experience could be improved. The pool area, however, was quite disappointing as it was not maintained properly, which affected my stay. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable accommodations but felt let down by the pool and some facilities.

I recently had a wonderful three-day stay at Cherai Beach Club Mahindra resort. The experience was truly memorable, thanks to the incredibly courteous and supportive staff. The location is amazing, with the sea in front and picturesque backwaters at the back. However, I was a bit disappointed with the policies regarding complimentary meals and the outdated app. Overall, it was a beautiful resort with plenty of amenities, making for a great family holiday.
